Clear answers from QH Tix

QH Tix FAQs

Clear QH Tix guidance on purchasing, accessing tickets, final sales, cancelled or postponed events, and booking Queen’s Hall.

Clear answers. Human support.

QH Tix ticket help, without the jargon.

These answers are designed for customers purchasing online for the first time, patrons who prefer the Queen’s Hall Box Office, and family members purchasing on behalf of someone else.

Please purchase carefully: Completed ticket purchases are final. Refunds are not available because a purchaser changes their mind, cannot attend, chooses the wrong performance, ticket type or seat, or makes another purchasing error. Refund arrangements become available when an event is officially cancelled or postponed, subject to the announced process and deadline.

01 · How to purchase

Buying tickets through QH Tix

How do I purchase a ticket online?
  1. Open the event page and confirm the event name, performance date, time and venue.
  2. Select the ticket type, quantity and seats where assigned seating is available.
  3. Review the cart carefully, including the selected performance and total price.
  4. Enter an email address that you can access and complete the secure checkout.
  5. Wait for the successful order screen and confirmation email before closing the page.

Your ticket is confirmed only after payment succeeds and QH Tix issues a valid order and ticket.

Can I buy tickets at the Queen’s Hall Box Office?

Yes, where the event has released tickets for in-person sale and inventory remains available. Contact the Ticket Help Desk before travelling to confirm availability and current Box Office hours. Tickets can sell online at any time, so a ticket is not reserved until the purchase is completed.

I am not comfortable purchasing online. Can someone assist me?

Yes. Call the QH Tix Ticket Help Desk at 868-376-5699 or email qhtix@queenshalltt.com. A trusted relative or friend may also purchase on your behalf, provided the correct attendee and contact information is supplied.

How do I select a seat?

For an assigned-seating event, open the seat map and select an available seat before proceeding to the cart. Seats are not secured merely by clicking them; they are confirmed only when checkout is completed successfully. General-admission events do not reserve a specific seat.

What should I check before paying?

Confirm the event, performance date, start time, venue, ticket type, seat, quantity, attendee details, email address and total amount. Because purchases are final, take a moment to review every item before selecting the payment button.

Who processes the online payment, and what appears on my statement?

Sun Tixx processes online payments for QH Tix through approved payment partners. Your bank or card statement will ordinarily show SUN TIXX, SUNTIXX, SUN TIXX CARIBBEAN LIMITED or a shortened processor-specific description.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Check the card details, available funds, billing information and any security prompt from your bank. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same declined payment. Contact your issuing bank where necessary. A declined or abandoned attempt does not produce a valid ticket.

02 · Access your tickets

Email, My Tickets and entry support

How do I access the ticket sent by email?

After a successful purchase, QH Tix sends the order confirmation and ticket to the email address entered at checkout. Check your inbox and also your spam, junk and promotions folders. Search for “QH Tix”, the event name or your order number.

How do I access a ticket through My Tickets?

Select My Tickets or sign in through the QH Tix account page using the email or username connected to your purchase. Open the relevant order or ticket and display the complete QR code. Tickets bought as a guest may require assistance if they were not connected to an account.

Can I show the ticket on my phone?

Yes. Open the ticket before arriving, increase the screen brightness and ensure that the full QR code is visible. Saving the authorised ticket to the device can help where mobile data is weak. A complete, readable printed ticket may also be used where accepted.

What if I cannot find the email or entered the wrong email address?

Contact QH Tix promptly with the purchaser’s name, event name, purchase date, order reference where available and proof of purchase. Do not make another purchase unless the Ticket Help Desk advises you to do so.

What if my ticket is lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced?

Contact the Ticket Help Desk as soon as possible. QH Tix may attempt to locate and reissue the ticket after verifying the purchaser and order. Reissue is not guaranteed where ownership cannot be established, the ticket has already been scanned, or duplication or fraud is suspected.

What if my phone battery dies or I have no smartphone?

Visit the Box Office or designated ticket-support point with identification and proof of purchase. Assistance depends on being able to verify the order and confirm that the ticket has not already been used. Patrons without smartphones may print the complete ticket in advance or contact the Help Desk before the event.

Can I share a screenshot or photograph of my QR code?

Do not publish or casually share a ticket QR code. It is an admission credential. The first valid scan may be admitted and later copies rejected. Send a ticket only when you genuinely intend to give that ticket to another person.

03 · Final-sale policy

All completed purchases are final

Can I request a refund because I can no longer attend?

No. All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided because a purchaser changes their mind, cannot attend, arrives late, chooses the wrong date, time, performance, ticket type or seat, or makes another purchasing error.

Can I exchange my ticket for another date, seat or ticket type?

Tickets are not normally refundable or exchangeable. Purchase carefully and confirm the details before paying. Any exceptional adjustment requires written approval, availability and payment of any price difference or administrative cost.

What if there is an extreme or exceptional circumstance?

You may contact the Ticket Help Desk at 868-376-5699 or qhtix@queenshalltt.com. Queen’s Hall and the event organiser may review an extreme case, but contacting support does not create a right to a refund, exchange, credit or reissue. Any exception is discretionary and must be confirmed in writing.

04 · Cancelled or postponed events

When the event changes

What happens when an event is cancelled?

When an event is officially cancelled, QH Tix or Queen’s Hall will publish or send the refund instructions. Eligible purchasers will be able to request or receive a refund according to the announced method, deadline and event conditions. Keep the original ticket and order email until the process is complete.

What happens when an event is postponed?

The original ticket will usually remain valid for the new date. A refund option will also become available according to the process and response period announced for that event. Customers who wish to attend the new date should retain their ticket unless instructed otherwise.

How will an approved refund be returned?

An approved online refund is normally returned to the original payment method. Box Office cash, debit or other in-person purchases may follow a separate process. Bank posting times vary, and QH Tix cannot control how quickly an issuing bank displays the returned funds.

Are travel, parking or other personal expenses refunded?

No. Refund arrangements ordinarily apply only to the eligible ticket amount defined for the cancelled or postponed event. Travel, accommodation, transport, parking, meals, childcare, lost time and other incidental costs are not reimbursed.

05 · Book an event

Bringing a production to Queen’s Hall

How do I enquire about booking Queen’s Hall for an event?

Contact Queen’s Hall’s general administration at qhinfo@queenshalltt.com or use the QH Tix contact page and select Book an event at Queen’s Hall. Include the proposed event type, preferred date or date range, expected audience, production requirements and your contact details.

Does a venue enquiry automatically place my event on QH Tix?

No. Venue availability, contracting, production requirements and ticketing arrangements must first be approved by Queen’s Hall. The Queen’s Hall team will advise on the steps required to establish the event and make tickets available through QH Tix.
